Returns & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from The Refinery. However, should you wish to return an item, we are pleased to offer returns in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
Unused and unopened.
In their original packaging.
In a fully resalable condition; and
Where applicable, returned together with any complimentary items or promotional gifts supplied as part of the purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery, unless they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

Please include your name, order number and the reason for the return to help us process your request as quickly as possible.

We recommend ensuring that all returned goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Unless an item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.

Any standard delivery charge paid as part of the original order will be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights. Additional charges for premium or expedited delivery services are non-refundable.

Where an item has been supplied in error or is confirmed to be faulty, The Refinery will also reimburse any reasonable return postage costs incurred.
