Terms of Sale
Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of The Refinery website and the products and services provided by The Refinery.
By accessing this website, making a booking or purchasing products or services from The Refinery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other policies referred to on this website.
We may update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be published on this page. Your continued use of our website following any such changes constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
Bookings and Cancellations
The Refinery takes great pride in the quality, professionalism and experience of our team.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.
Clients wishing to amend or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.
For laser treatments, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the treatment.
To ensure you enjoy the full Refinery experience, we recommend arriving approximately 15 minutes before your appointment. This allows time to relax and enjoy refreshments before your service begins.
As a courtesy to all clients, we operate a punctual appointment schedule and late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or, where necessary, the appointment being rearranged.
Website Content
We make every effort to ensure that all information published on our website, including treatment descriptions, product information, pricing and imagery, is accurate and up to date.
However, errors may occasionally occur and The Refinery reserves the right to amend information, prices, services or availability without prior notice.
Product packaging, sizes and treatment details may vary from time to time.
